I played a key role in adapting Pepsi’s global visual identity for the Indian market, shaping a culturally relevant design system aligned with local youth culture. Working alongside the creative lead, I developed localized assets including color palettes, typography, layouts, and POSM suited for multilingual and varied retail environments.
I was actively involved in celebrity-led campaigns—contributing to art direction during photoshoots and ensuring seamless integration across packaging and marketing. The refreshed system boosted brand consistency, improved recall, and helped position Pepsi as a bold, youth-centric brand in India, driving greater market visibility and impact.
